Nutrition is something we are very passionate about! We believe in local, fresh organic food, not low fat, processed dead 'food imitations'! Being healthy is easier than you think, and we want to help you get on track with tools you can use for life. We work very closely with our on-site Naturopathic Nutritionist Elise Dulhunty to provide you with the best in nutritional advice and support, whatever your goals may be. Small Group Personal Training:
Now we know that some people prefer training as part of a group, it's social, cost effective and will still give you great results! With us there will never be more than 8 people in your class, and that's because we want to give you all a bit of attention and make sure you are exercising correctly. We currently offer the following group sessions:

What do we do in Group PT?
Our group personal training sessions involve a variety of different exercises designed to work every part of your body! They include pilates style exercises focusing on core strength, boxing to get that heart rate up and de-stress, and a number of resistance exercises with weights, swissballs, bosu's you name it! Not to mention the 'CrankIt Straps' which we are very fond of (check out some of the exercises on youtube!) The classes are different every time and you'll meet like minded people of all ages and sizes. Give one a go!!
We take bookings each week and you can pay on an individual basis ($15 per session) or buy packs to save money!
Pilates Classes
We now offer small Pilates classes (4 people) on a Tuesday and Wednesday night. Pilates is an incredible form of exercise and focuses on strengthening the deep core muscles of the body whilst using specific breathing techniques. We cater for beginners-intermediates. Cost is $20 which must be paid when booking.
